Project: EMAC Systems On-Farm Animal Management System.
Over the course of two years we developed this system under contract to EMACS. The process required designing and developing software systems, hardware and firmware modification, development and eventual patent of a new antenna, design and development of an industrial HMI screen, design and build of the high precision automatic feed hopper (capable of delivering up to 6KG in under 4 seconds at +-50grams accuracy), integration of milk metering hardware, design and build fast, reliable drafting gates... the list goes on.
